Real feedback from drivers who trust Gateway Autohaus for their car care needs.
The team at Gateway provided excellent service for my 1997 BMW Z3. I had just purchased it and I wanted Gateway to go through it and make sure "all systems are go." The team was always professional: they communicated clearly and promptly, and they did thorough work for a reasonable price. Their online reservation and bid approval system works great, too. Recommended.
I took my BMW in for a safety check and they documented everything I needed done in writing and including pictures. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. With the work that needed to be done they got it right in and later that day I had all repairs done and a clean and better running SUV. I would definitely highly recommend this shop and will continue going back for oil changes and needed maintenance. They are very professional, thank you!
Great first impression, my service was routine, oil chMy Benz is very special to us since it was my dad’s vehicle and I was nervous to take it in to a new business for oil change and inspection. Andrew greeted me at the front desk and was polite, friendly and very helpful. Allowed me to bring my Labrador in the waiting room. Work was done timely and I will definitely be back. Thanks Andrew. 😊
Brought my wife's '20 SQ5 in for an oil change and hung out in the waiting room for 45 minutes while the work was done, so got to observe the shop in action. I was super impressed by how smoothly the operation runs. Lots of phone calls, people dropping off and picking up, shop techs checking in with the front desk -- very busy, efficient, and a clean waiting area too. 5 stars again.
